How to use the Respond Plus Free Home Delivery Service
Obtain a Prescription
When you are about to start your last box of appliances, simply request
a prescription from your G.P. We can arrange collection of your prescription
for you if necessary. Please ask our Customer Service Staff if you require
this service. It is important that you sign the back of the prescription and
indicate in the correct box if you are exempt from charges.
Once you have your prescription simply contact your Local
Service Centre and we will send you FREEPOST envelopes in which to post
your prescription. We will also send you a registration card and a set of
FREE GIFT VOUCHERS. You may claim one gift with each full prescription order.
Ordering is easy
On receipt of your first prescription and completed registration card,
we will organise the delivery of your ostomy appliances. We will normally
deliver on the next day if required (with exception of weekends and bank holidays),
though with unusual items this may take a little longer. We will contact you
should this be the case.
We will be happy to organise a delivery date to suit yourself. You may either
advise your Local Service Centre or slip a note
in with your prescription with your delivery request.
We will help in an emergency. If you have a problem with your product we will
deal with the manufacturers on your behalf.
